You will find no sale prices here, and no sale. A price is a location record with a number attached: it tells the reader where a transaction happened and therefore where someone now lives. The ground sets the first number

Is a hillside house always more expensive to build than a flat one?
Per square foot of house, almost always, because the site work is additional and the access is worse. Whether that is worth it is a question about the view and the privacy the slope provides, which a flat lot cannot.
Does the fire zone requirement make a house look different?
